Begin from a knee lock and move through a few interesting poses before framing yourself in a triangle that you can balance on. Mastering the tension and the balance allows you to control your descent into a split at the end with no hands ;)
PLEASE USE CAUTION when taking hands on fabric. Do not attempt without a thick mat, a spotter, and previous balancing experience.
